Post-natal Massage - massage
post-natally is so valuable. Not only is it a chance for the new

'Mother Roasting' - this is an
ancient treatment practiced by many different cultures in slightly
varied ways. Usually performed 2 weeks after the birth, 'Mother
Roasting' is a process of warming the womb and the body to aid
recovery.
'In Malaysia, the mother is given
a massage a week or so after giving birth, with a special stone
that is heated on the fire, wrapped in a cloth and placed on the
